Nabil Al Rifay is a famous Quranic reciter from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, born in 1978 (1398 AH). He grew up in a family devoted to the Quran. He studied at King Abdulaziz University, where he specialized in petrochemical engineering. He later earned a master’s degree in human resources management. Even with his studies, he memorized the entire Quran by the time he graduated. He currently works as an engineer at Saudi Airlines while serving as an imam in various mosques in Jeddah, most recently at Al Taqwa Mosque.
