Ibrahim Al Akhdar is a respected Quran reciter and Islamic scholar from Madinah, Saudi Arabia, born in 1945 (1364 Hijri). He studied in various religious schools, including Dar Al-Hadith, and memorized the Quran under renowned teachers like Omar Al Haydari, Sheikh Hassan Ibrahim Al Chair, Sheikh Amir Bin Sayed Othman, and Sheikh Ahmed Bin Abdulaziz Al-Zayat. He also gained deep knowledge of Aqidah, Fiqh, and Arabic under Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al Ghunaiman. He taught at Abi Bin Kaab School in Madinah and later became an Imam at the Holy Mosque of Jeddah. He also served as a teacher at the Holy Quran Faculty and the Call Faculty of the Islamic University of Madinah, as well as the Scientific Institute of Islamic Call at Imam University. From 1986 to 1995, Ibrahim Al Akhdar was one of the Imams of the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. He has played a key role in Quran memorization programs and has contributed to various Islamic organizations, including the Charitable Association of Social Services and the National and International Jury of the Holy Quran competition. He has also participated in many Islamic conferences, TV programs, and radio shows, sharing his knowledge and recitations.
