Abdul Muhsin Al-Qasim (Abdulmuhsin bin Muhammad bin Abdurahman Al-Qasim Al-Quhtani) is a well-known Quran reciter, scholar, and Imam of Masjid An-Nabawi in Madinah. He was born in Mecca in 1967 (1388 Hijrah) into a religious family, where both his father and grandfather were connected to Islamic scholarship. From a young age, he memorized the Quran and developed a passion for Islamic sciences. He studied under great scholars such as Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz, Sheikh Saleh bin Ali Al-Nasir, and others. He graduated from the College of Sharia in Riyadh in 1410 Hijrah, earned a Master’s degree in Comparative Fiqh in 1413 Hijrah, and later completed his PhD in Islamic Fiqh in 1992.

Alongside his role as an Imam and Khateeb at Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, he also serves as a judge at the Sharia Court in Madinah. He has been a member of the jury for international Quran competitions, including the King Abdulaziz Quran Recitation Competition. His khutbahs and recitations are widely broadcast on radio, television, and online platforms, reaching millions worldwide.

Abdul Muhsin Al-Qasim stands among the respected voices of the Quran. Alongside him, many other reciters such as Abdullah Al-Johany, Salah Baothman, Abu Bakr Al-Shatri, Akram Al-Aalakmi, Yousuf Bin Noah Ahmad, Ahmad Taleb Hameed,Muhammad Hassan, Ahmed Ragab, and Salah Albudair have also touched hearts with their recitations, helping spread the beauty of the Quran across the Muslim world.

He is admired for his eloquent speeches, humble character, and beautiful recitation. He has also authored several important Islamic books and continues to give lessons after Isha prayer at Masjid An-Nabawi.
