Surah Yaseen mp3 by Abdullah Khulaifi

Abdullah Khulaifi was a respected Quran reciter and Imam from Saudi Arabia, known for his powerful and emotional voice. He was born in Al-Bukairiya in 1333 Hijri and grew up in a household full of knowledge and Islamic values. His father was a prominent scholar, judge, and leader of the city. Sheikh Abdullah memorized the Quran before the age of 15 and began his journey as an Imam in the mosque of Abu Koiliya. He later moved to the Namra Mosque, where his calm recitation and beautiful voice attracted many worshippers. His reputation grew, and he was chosen by King Faisal to lead prayers in Taif and later in the Masjid al-Haram in Makkah. He led Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers during the last ten nights of Ramadan and continued this role until his passing. He passed away on Monday, 28th of Dhul-Hijjah, 1414 Hijri, shortly before Maghrib. His funeral prayer was held the next day at Masjid al-Haram, where he had led prayers for nearly 50 years. His voice, especially his recitation of verses like “Allahu noorus-samaawaati wal-ard”, left a lasting impression on many hearts, especially during Ramadan. Even today, his peaceful style and legacy in the Masjid al-Haram are remembered and cherished. May Allah have mercy on him and reward him for his lifelong service to the Quran.
