Surah Yaseen mp3 by Fahd al Kundury
Fahd Al Kundury is a famous Quran reciter, imam, and Islamic preacher from Kuwait, born on June 28, 1982. From a young age, he showed a strong love for the Quran and began memorizing it as a child. Under the guidance of Sheikh Rashad Ibn Mohamed Sayed Ahmad Alam, he completed the memorization of the Quran at the age of 15.
He started leading prayers in local mosques such as Al Hay Mosque, Al Amir Mosque in Yarmouk (1999), and Alkolaib Mosque (2001). His reputation as a skilled reciter grew, and in 2012 (1433H), he was invited to lead the Taraweeh prayers at the Mohamed Ibn Abdelwahab Mosque in Qatar during Ramadan.
Alongside his work as an imam, he studied science education at university and graduated from the Faculty of Education in Kuwait. He later combined his religious duties with media, advocacy, and social work. He established Forfrem Company in 2012 and became an ambassador for Qatar Charity in 2013.
He has produced and presented several Islamic TV programs, including the well-known “Bel Quran Ehtadayt” and “Traveler with the Quran” on Rissala Channel. His first Quran recordings, including Surah Al-Isra, Surah Ar-Rahman, and Surah Al-Haqqa, received wide praise. He has participated in many Quran competitions, often winning first place, and continues to inspire Muslims worldwide through his beautiful recitation, media projects, and advocacy work.
The voice of Fahd Al Kandari continues to inspire listeners, just as many other reciters have done through their own unique styles. Names such as Mishary Rashid Alafasy, Adil Al Kalbani, Abdul Rahman Al Ossi, Mohammed Jibreel, Yasser Salama, Salah Al Hashim, Said Al Jazaery, Aaar Al Hudhoudi, Adel Rayane, and Hamid Al-Houti stand out among those who carry the Quran’s message with devotion and beauty.
