Sheikh Abu Al Hareth Hamad Sinan is a well-known Quran reciter and Islamic preacher from Kuwait. Interestingly, his early life was very different from the path of Da’wah. For nearly eight years, beginning in 1973, he was a popular singer in Kuwait and the Gulf region, admired for his artistic voice. However, everything changed in the last ten days of Ramadan in 1981, when he prayed Qiyam al-Layl behind the Iraqi imam Sheikh Al Dulaimi at Al Matir Mosque. The recitation of Surah Ar-Rahman deeply touched his heart, leading him to leave singing behind and dedicate his life to the Quran.

By 1987, he had mastered Tajweed, received certification in Hafs ‘An ‘Asim, and was appointed as an Imam. He went on to lead prayers at Al Bachar Mosque in Kuwait, where he continues to serve as both imam and preacher. Alongside his Imamate, he gained knowledge in Quran, Fiqh, and Usul, and became a respected member of the Imams and Muezzins selection committee.
