Muhammad Al-Aalim Al-Dokali is a respected Quran reciter and Islamic scholar from Awlad Al-Aalim, Libya, born in 1949. He is well-known for his beautiful recitation style and his strong contribution to Islamic education. He studied at the Al-Asmari Institute and later specialized in Islamic Studies at the prestigious Malik Ibn Anas Institute in Tripoli. He then earned his degree in Sharia and Law from the Islamic University in Bayda. Throughout his life, He held several important positions. He served as a Khateeb at the Mosque of Balmain in Tripoli, worked as an Imam, and taught the Quran at the Faculty of Daawa Al-Islamiya. In 1998, he was appointed as the General Director of Legal Affairs at the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, a major milestone in his career.
