After graduation, he worked as a doctor of gastrointestinal and liver diseases at Cairo Fatimid Hospital.

At the same time, he served as an Imam and preacher in many mosques, including Al Manawi Mosque, Al Mitwali Mosque in Al Sarou, Al Tawba Mosque, and others in Cairo and Giza. His life reflects a rare balance, healing the body through medicine while guiding souls through the words of the Quran.
